The Chef’s Choice fish each day is fresh from Thill’s Fish House about a block away. When they use salmon from there, it’s typically Great Lakes salmon. But thank you for pointing out the difference on their menu.

Thanks for your thoughtful and accurate review of Dusty’s. There’s a reason Dusty’s is, for some of us, the premier top-tier restaurant in Central Michigan. It’s their high standards,

The place is consistently good, and the menu is very well done. It is a delight to read and choose from, year after year. Dusty’s and fine dining are synonymous.

Your gorgeous photo of that “Volcano” chocolate dessert said it all!
